OnlinePajak is a platform for tax reporting and payments in Indonesia, serving both individuals and businesses.

 

To enhance the user experience and maintain a competitive edge, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of OnlinePajak's current features and usability. This deep dive allowed us to identify gaps in the existing design and functionality, providing a clear path for meaningful improvements that would better serve our users and elevate the platform's standing in the market.

FinTech Bridge is a platform designed to connect start-ups with business partners and advisors, fostering collaboration and growth within the financial technology sector.

We aimed to create an environment where users can easily connect, share knowledge and build lasting professional relationships that drive innovation and success in the fintech industry.

The Mission I’mPossible 2 (MIP2) program, launched by KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) in partnership with Lien Foundation and the PAP Community Foundation (PCF), aims to provide earlier identification and intervention for children with developmental needs.

 

This UX-focused project focuses on creating a user-friendly digital platform that integrates education, healthcare and social services to support the holistic development of children

As the UX industry continues to find ways to respond to UN Sustainability Goals, there is growing recognition of the need to rethink profit-driven heuristics and ways of working, creating space for ‘world building’ through design.

 

Within the intricate web of healthcare systems, understanding the dynamic interplay of complex factors and diverse user needs is key to designing sustainable futures.

This project involved the complete redesign of the BlackButterfly e-commerce website to enhance its user experience and strengthen its brand identity.

 

The goal was to modernise the site to align with current design trends, making it more intuitive and visually appealing for users. Additionally, the redesign aimed to effectively reflect the brand’s unique style and values.

This project focused on refining Clinelle's e-commerce website with a fresher, more vibrant look. The redesign created a more engaging and visually appealing interface, making it easier for users to explore and purchase Clinelle’s skincare products.

 

By refining the site’s look and feel, we sought to boost customer engagement, increase conversion rates and better showcase Clinelle’s product offerings.

Swiftvibe stems from a deep-seated frustration with the inefficiencies of current transportation systems, particularly in Singapore. The daily struggles have inspired me to seek solutions that enhance efficiency and accessibility.
